YOUR FIRST CLASS
Do you have a first-time offer?

Your first class is $25 — or experience an Infinite Week of unlimited classes for $50. The Infinite Week is the best way to explore our instructors, formats, and class times.
How early should I arrive?
+
Arrive 15 minutes before class. Our studio team will get you checked in, show you around, and make sure you are set up and comfortable before class begins.
What should I wear?
+
Lightweight, moisture-wicking athletic wear. Whatever keeps you comfortable and allows you to move freely.
What do I need for Cycle class?
+
Cycling shoes are required for a safe and effective ride. Our bikes support SPD and LOOK Delta cleats but are not compatible with LOOK Keo. We provide cycling shoes free of charge for your first class — after that, rentals are $3.50 or you are welcome to bring your own.
What do I need for Sculpt or Strength?

All mats and equipment are provided. Sculpt and Strength are no-shoes classes — come barefoot or wear socks. Mat towels are available to rent for $5.00.
Where should I book my spot?

If it is your first class, we recommend booking a spot in the middle of the room. You will be able to see the instructor clearly and follow the lead of experienced clients in the front row.
BOOKING & SCHEDULE
When does the schedule go live?

The schedule is released every Sunday at 5:00 PM and extends from Monday through the following Monday. Classes fill up quickly, so book early. Infinite Silver and Infinite Teal clients enjoy early booking privileges.
How do I book a class?

Reserve your spot on our website or through the RYDE iOS app. Create an account to get started.
What is the cancellation policy?
+
Cancel at least 8 hours before your scheduled class to avoid losing a credit. Infinite package clients who cancel after the 8-hour window are charged a $10 Late Cancel Fee. No-shows are charged a $15 No Show Fee. If you are running late, call the studio before the 2-minute cutoff — we will hold reservations for up to 10 minutes after class starts.
How does the waitlist work?

If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. You will be enrolled automatically on a first-come, first-served basis if a spot opens, and notified via email. The same cancellation policies apply — remove yourself at least 8 hours before class to avoid losing a credit.
OUR FORMATS
What is RYDE (Cycle)?

Our original format. Beat-based indoor cycling led by Houston's top instructors in a high-energy, immersive environment. Curated playlists, intentional lighting, and rhythm-driven resistance designed to push every limit.
What is Heated Sculpt?
+
A 45-minute, infrared-heated, beat-driven conditioning class. Using light to medium weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight, this nonstop, high-rep format delivers a full-body burn from start to finish.
What is Strength?

A 45-minute, non-heated, full-body strength training experience. Beat-based lifting with intentional sequencing, heavier weights, and built-in recovery. Designed to build muscle, improve form, and increase power over time.
THE STUDIOS
What amenities do you offer?

Both studios feature premium lockers with keyless security, fully stocked locker rooms, showers, full towel service including ice-cold eucalyptus towels, Dyson blow dryers, and Aesop amenities. We also have filtered water stations and Essentia Water available for $3.50.
Is there an age requirement?

You must be at least 4'10" and at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign a waiver before your first class.

When do class packages expire?

All packages expire one year from the date of purchase.
Do you offer gift cards?
+
Yes. Purchase a digital gift card on our website, through the RYDE iOS app, or request a physical gift card at either studio.
Do you have a mobile app?

Yes. Download the RYDE iOS app from the App Store to book classes, manage your account, track your progress, and more.
Do you offer private or group classes?
